Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch Cal.1861

Vintage Omega Speedmaster Professional 311.30.42.30.01.005 (Calibre 1861) Moonwatch manual-winding ‘Master Chronometer’ from the 2000s.

The Moonwatch fronts a matt-black dial with three recessed subsidiary dials for thirty-minute counter, twelve-hour counter and small seconds at three, nine and six o’clock respectively. Time is marked by baton hour markers with lume and likewise for the hour and minute hands. The package is completed by the standard Tachymeter bezel rimming a Hesalite glass. This piece is powered by the Co-Axial Calibre 1861 which has ceased production now and is an improvement to the Calibre 861, the next evolution from the venerable Calibre 321.
